“I frequent the Subway at Joint Base Andrews (350 Fetchet Avenue) about two to three times a week, and I can honestly say the customer service here is outstanding. Evelyn and Carla, in particular, consistently make this location special.

They are always polite, patient, and genuinely welcoming. What really sets them apart for me is that they’ve helped me while I’m learning Spanish. They never make it awkward or rushed — instead, they’re encouraging, kind, and willing to engage, which has meant more to me than they probably realize.

It’s rare to find employees who combine professionalism with warmth and cultural openness the way they do. Because of Evelyn and Carla, this Subway feels less like a quick stop and more like a positive part of my routine.

The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“About a mile from the convention center walking, didn’t realize it was inside the WF. There’s seating available going up a few stairs after ordering/picking up. Ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries - they were good but I may have over done it today. I got crazy and got BBQ sauce, tasty with a tad of spice. I enjoyed my meal and service was friendly. I’d maybe come back but not a fan of it being inside of WF.“

My sub was the roast beef/provolone with lettuce , tomatoes, onions, mayonnaise, Jersey Mike's famous signature oil and on the cheese sub bread. My sub was picture perfect just like the Jersey Mike's Sub commercials and it was the best roast beef sub I've ever had in my life! “My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Well worth the wait!! I was in Forestville decided to check out Yumyums Smokin Grille. I had peeped the menu before walking over to the truck, but once getting there it was too many choices.
I got the seafood mac and cheese, plenty of seafood, but a little spicy to me (not a deterrent), plain wings (fried to perfection, great taste and proper breading), seafood rolls (OMG!!! Indescribablely delicious). The yum yum sauce is definitely a great complement to the rolls. Lemonade was an added bonus. Cool and refreshing!!! “The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us. My 2.5 year old son adores this stuffed animal and is so sad it’s missing. The store has our information/you can message me here if you have any information. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind.
