“I had to leave a review because the young lady (Gabby) who took my order at Taco Bell today was absolutely exceptional. The customer service was beyond amazing and genuinely some of the best energy and kindness I’ve experienced in a long time!!! I’m so sad to hear that today was her last day, especially because it was my first time visiting this location.

“I had a great experience at this Subway location. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to take my order. My sandwich was made exactly how I asked, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The team worked efficiently even during the busy rush, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and inviting. “I had an amazing experience at Nash & Smashed! The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I brought a group of friends with me, and every single one of them loved their meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in.

It’s rare to find a place that has both great food and such outstanding customer service. Nash & Smashed definitely exceeded our expectations. This is a must-try spot, and honestly, it deserves way more attention than it gets. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others!“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Quit -____- still confused why Louisvilles food scene is absolutely out of this world but we do not have “fast food vegan” honestly blows my mind. Absolutely stopped here, got burgers and wings and fries. I couldn’t have been more happy. Maybe waited around 10/15 minutes for food to be ready which is actually nothing. So satisfied.“

“About a mile from the convention center walking, didn’t realize it was inside the WF. There’s seating available going up a few stairs after ordering/picking up. Ordered a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries - they were good but I may have over done it today. I got crazy and got BBQ sauce, tasty with a tad of spice. I enjoyed my meal and service was friendly. I’d maybe come back but not a fan of it being inside of WF.“
