It was less than 5 minutes before we had our food and coffee. Hot and flavorful, with delicious fluffy focaccia bread. Enough food to eat half the sandwich and take home the rest. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations.
