I informed them the date and start time of my event. I teceuve a phone csll 2 hours prior requesting payment and that I could pick it up in an hour. I got there 45mins prior to dinner which was located 5 mins away. I was told it wasn't ready and it would take 45 min. We had to push the time back by an hour and almost spoiled the surprise. Thankfully, we pulled it off. I would recommend them and I would use them again. I would communicate more cautiously with them the next time.“

“I honestly don’t agree with the negative reviews about this Subway location. Every time I’ve visited the Subway at 3500 East-West Hwy, Shop #1419 in Hyattsville, the service has been excellent. The staff is friendly, respectful, and well organized. They treat customers professionally and have never been rude during any of my visits.
I’ve also never experienced any issues with tips being added without permission. The staff always lets customers decide whether they want to leave a tip, which is exactly how it should be.
The restaurant is clean, the food is prepared well, and the employees work hard to provide good service. I also respect that if any staff choose to vape outside the shop, that is their own personal choice and does not affect the quality of service inside.
