I really love this wendy's especially in the morning Monday through Friday. You guys have the greatest cashier that my eyes have never seen before she is nice and beautiful as well. At night is really really TERRIBLE I prefer to go in the morning especially the new friendly and nice cashier that you have now!

Wendy's, a popular fast-food chain, is known for its hot and accurate food, as well as its friendly employees. However, some customers have reported experiencing long wait times and disorganized operations at a specific location.
Despite the convenience of ordering through the app and selecting drive-thru pickup, one customer had to wait a while at the speaker before someone attended to them. When they reached the window, they were asked to pull into a mobile pickup spot, only to watch other cars leave before their order was ready, ultimately forcing them to go inside to retrieve their food.
Another customer, who specifically visited this location for the Biggie Bag promotion, found the dining experience to be less than ideal. The lack of a self-serve drink station and the audible bickering among the employees behind the counter created a stark contrast to the customer's experiences at other Wendy's locations in the area. While the food was satisfactory, the overall dining experience left room for improvement.
