“I've been living in Kentland for over 20 years and this is our spot. My only issue is that when they are late with delivery, their customer service is poor. They don't apologize for the inconvenience, they don't compensate you. Recently I got rushed off the phone with no explanation as to why I placed an order over 1.5 hours ago and still no food. But... the food is great. Just be mindful on busy nights your food may get delivered late, plan accordingly.“
“We currently live in CA but my husband graduated from University of MD, and the DMV is home for us. I need a spot to host a surprise celebration and to gather our close family and friends. Bonchon was the perfect spot as I could order large portions and accommodate a large group of 60 people. Wendy was amazing. She answered all my questions and ensured that I was ordering the right amount of food. I ordered trays of rice, fries, japchae and soy garlic wings. It was the right amount for my group. Wendy and her staff ensured that my party was taken care of. She even offered to have pictures displayed on their tv screens while our party was going on. All in all, we had a great celebration with great food and company and thank you to bonchon, wendy and the staff for making sure the celebration went smoothly! Also, they validated parking for up to two hours with the garage across the street.“

“I usually don't leave reviews but I am surprised at the improvements they've made, as a person who's been visiting this location for 3 years. Their services has improved tremendously, the wait time has decreased, and the food has started to taste better. The surroundings seem clean, the area is spacious, and the tables are generally clean. I would really recommend some tenders and brown rice from here. It is just the perfect dinner when I need to have something filling and is too lazy to cook myself something after a tiring day of work.“
“Customer service is on point here and the restaurant is extremely clean. The chicken, fries and fish are traditional Hip Hop style, served fresh, hot and crispy. If you like your food well seasoned be sure to ask for extra seasoning, otherwise you might find it well cooked but bland.“
