“Food is great depending on the days. When one manager is there it's always chaos and when the other is there everything is smooth. It's the difference between night and day. Around lunch on the 29th of April she was arguing with a customer whose order for some reason didn't have a ticket. The customer had a receipt and was trying to show her. Because the staff was still trying to accommodate the customer and needed her approval the manager then started arguing with the staff. 😑 Customer service is frowned upon now days I guess.“

“The drive thru attendant/Manager Hosane was very professional and his customer service was stellar. He ensured my order was complete and he was attentive to ensure I was 100% satisfied. I got the smoked wings, ribs, and collards. The meats has a nice REAL smoked flavor, seasoned to perfection, and the collards were on point. I look forward to trying more food items from the menu. “We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. Would certainly recommended, and we will be back home future visits.“

Being the Southern inspired menu, we opted for the fried green tomato appetizer, panko breaded deviled eggs were an unexpected and unusual offering that was phenomenally delicious. “Omggg this America’s Best never fails me. I can confidently say that this location has the best wings in the area hands down!!! Everything cooked was cooked to perfection! The fries were crispy but soft on the inside and not overcooked just how I like them! The wings were hot and crispy on the edges but also tender. “I literally eat here several days a week. After a long day of delivering packages I have my mouth fixed for it. I order the same thing in different variations. The Philly chicken steak or Philly steak with honey bbq wings and fries. They know it’s me when I call. My food is always fresh and the food is always good. Days when I dont Feel like Cooking I know I can depend on a good hot meal. The staff is great and is Always nice no matter what’s going on. I’m definitely a loyal patron to this location. It the best one in the DC area“

“love eating food from here. Everything here is absolutely fresh and steaming hot. You can see the cookers in the back making food as you wait, so you know you’ll never get old reheated food from this place.

The seating is kinda weird, but it is comfortable enough to sit at to wait for your food.

Fast service, if you wait in the store it at least takes 15-25 minutes to finish food.

Very big portions of food, this place gives a nice amount of steaming fresh food and fills up the tray.

Although, the bigger the meal, you might have a problem. There has been a problem as to where sometimes I might receive some food, let’s say like, a big portion of food.
I saw one time that a worker in the background was struggling to close the tray.

workers need bigger trays for bigger portions of food. Or at least sturdy trays so they won’t struggle to close them sometimes.

it’s not exactly a problem because nothing spills out of the tray. It’s just a tiny opening and it’s not like they hand you the tray wide open. But not everyone feels the same way about their tray not closed all the way.

prices are very affordable and it’s not too expensive for a meal.“

“I can not believe this place. So first it has an indoor and outdoor place to order. The customer service was amazing. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in because they're were several people taking orders. Not only that but the Crabs were done already. I've never seen that before. It was like all she had to do was put them in a bag. They were still warm 15 minutes later when I was able to eat them. They were so so good too. I paid $20 for 1 dozen and I swear there were like 16 in the bag. This was super convenient as I was delivering a truck to Giant and could eat on My Lunch break.“

“What a welcoming little Ethiopian coffee shop! Once a market, Dire Coffee opened in 2020. Family-owned, Dire Coffee serves Ethiopian coffee beans in all different ways- black coffee, lattes, and more. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It came out hot and strong. The woman behind the register, who's the wife of the owner, asked how sweet I wanted my latte. She was very kind!

To eat, they have a variety of food. I ordered one sambusa and it was filled with lentils. It hit the spot!
