“Stopped by this restaurant to grab bread sticks and cheesy bread for some friends. My waiting time was very minimal and there were no lines so I was in and out very quickly. The manager helped fulfill my carryout order. He was pleasant and very professional. I would definitely order here again.“

“We are tourist & was searching for a place too eat since our first choice for dinner totally ignored us after we sat there 30 minutes we left. This pizza joint is absolutely delicious. The thin crust was delicious especially on the cheese pizza. The only negative thing I have too say is y’all charging too much for a house salad. I mean if you gonna charge $14 @ least give me something other than basic lettuce.“

“Their Ethiopian pizza is incredible! Chewy, crispy crust, loaded with flavorful toppings. It comes with hot honey that is a perfect compliment to the pizza and a green sauce which is really good too. You can get half and half two different styles of pizza if you can't decide.

Service is great too. Order at the counter, the staff are very helpful and so nice. The music can be a little loud inside but they have a great outdoor seating area when the weather is nice.“

“My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Pupatellas in DC after a very crazy travel day. Thanks to all the kind and accomodating staff who were incredibly gracious and friendly. This pizza was to die for! It was authentically neopolitan. We shared the mushroom truffle white and the marguerita red as well as the olives and almonds appetizer and finished off the night with generous scoops of pistachio gelato. “I came to Minya’s Pizza with my family after hearing about the restaurant on Fox News, and since we were visiting from out of state, we knew we had to stop by. The ambience was beautiful, with all the pictures and artwork of Asmara adding such a warm and authentic touch, truly making me feel like I was back home. “These guys are stellar, love the concept and the commitment. I written previously about the “heaviness” you can get at a top-end set menu place. FINALLY got the opposite, light, daring, and genuinely surprising.

Advice - do the juice paring. The apricot and chanterelle juice was something we kept talking about and was so perfect. This sets a new bar of excellence for us far beyond simple wine parings.

“I’d heard good things and so I had to check it out; I’m glad I did. Probably the one downside is parking, either street or garage, but you will pay. Staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. We ordered a potato, and a smothered onion (with pepperoni). While both were good, the potato was truly a star and one I would probably order on every visit.“

“A very inviting corner restaurant, great for people watching and cocktails. The drinks were nice and the atmosphere was lux. We went on a Saturday and it just felt like they needed a manager around. Felt like they were really understaffed and not ready for the crowds. There were some people who had worked there longer and were directing others, and the food did come out of the kitchen timely. But there wasn't a sense of table service really, you just catch them when you can, know the candle won't get lit even after you asked and teach the server how to swipe the card. I wish they had someone tending to things, but maybe when it's slower it will be better. The pizza was good, and lots of pepperoni. I wished it wasn't quite as soggy in the middle but it tasted good. And the burrata had no flavor, no nice olive oil or pepper, very bland, but it was a hearty portion. Can't complain about the drinks. I can sense when there's no service concept so I hope they get it together.“

“I love Blaze. The build your own is really quite spectacular with so many options to choose from. I typically go super high on the protein with tons of meats and cheeses. My colleague always goes no dairy and no gluten. The ability to get many things dietary wise is really great. This Blaze was awesome. I’ll be back.“

“We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. Would certainly recommended, and we will be back home future visits.“

Pretty decent pizza, but unfortunately, the vegan options are only available as personal pies or larger; there are no individual vegan slices.
