“I came to Minya’s Pizza with my family after hearing about the restaurant on Fox News, and since we were visiting from out of state, we knew we had to stop by. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and we also tried the traditional breakfast (ful), which was so flavorful. What really made the experience special was the service, Rahel took such great care of us and made us feel so welcome. The ambience was beautiful, with all the pictures and artwork of Asmara adding such a warm and authentic touch, truly making me feel like I was back home. Staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. We ordered a potato, and a smothered onion (with pepperoni). While both were good, the potato was truly a star and one I would probably order on every visit.“

“A very inviting corner restaurant, great for people watching and cocktails. The drinks were nice and the atmosphere was lux. We went on a Saturday and it just felt like they needed a manager around. Felt like they were really understaffed and not ready for the crowds. There were some people who had worked there longer and were directing others, and the food did come out of the kitchen timely. But there wasn't a sense of table service really, you just catch them when you can, know the candle won't get lit even after you asked and teach the server how to swipe the card. I wish they had someone tending to things, but maybe when it's slower it will be better. The pizza was good, and lots of pepperoni. I wished it wasn't quite as soggy in the middle but it tasted good. And the burrata had no flavor, no nice olive oil or pepper, very bland, but it was a hearty portion. Can't complain about the drinks. I can sense when there's no service concept so I hope they get it together.“

“This was my first time going to this place. They only make one size pizza(small). The crust is fresh They even have cauliflower crust. They make the pizza in front of you and they have alot of toppings to choose from even Vegan options. After they place it in a wood fire oven and finish your pizza with any sauce you want. “We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. Would certainly recommended, and we will be back home future visits.“

This place is ran by carb loving, cheese loving, and quality loving angels.
I drove 8 hours to DC. Got to my air BNB and needed something to make the drive worth it. I believe divine intervention placed me where I was so that when I looked up pizza the closest place was Mad Over Pizza
I got the supreme pizza and the cheese with extra cheese and MAN did they deliver.
I ate both pizzas. With a glaze in my eyes I then devoured 2 orders of their delicious garlic bread.
The owner even threw in some extra garlic sauce because “while you didn’t order it I want you to have the best experience possible”
I’d have given 6 stars but I hear that’s illegal. Just like this place…

This place served a perfectly balanced pizza between toppings and amount of dough. The crust was just as I like it, a slight crunch but still chewy.

The only complaint was not the fault of the business, but random folks kept coming in and asking us for our pizza. I mean, that could just be a testament to the tasty pizza, everybody wants some.“

It was reminiscent of a childhood NYC papa John's pizza with that garlic sauce on the side. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My usual fast pizza spot used to be domino's but this was way better so now when I want quick pizza this will definitely be my go to. We spent about $45 and got two pizzas with all the toppings we wanted and a gyro, and fed our family of 5 and had enough leftovers for 3 people the next day.“

“Stopped in after reading the reviews and a Black Coffee block party. I ordered the lemon pepper, buffalo wings fried hard, and truffle parm fries with ranch dressing. Wings come with a count of 8 and you can split the flavors. The wings were amazing. The lemon pepper wings weren’t salty at all which is a huge plus. The fries were okay..I didn’t finish it all. I love me some truffle, but I think there needs to be more flavor.

The service was amazing! We had an amazing young gentleman who made sure we were good no matter how busy it got. Now that’s top tier customer service. Thank you for a good food and a quick vibe 🫶🏽“
