“I've purchased pizza from this Ledo's a few times. I placed an order for a turkey bacon ranch pizza and I mistakenly thought the bacon was turkey bacon. It was pork bacon. I explained that I didn't eat pork and the worker quickly took my order back and made me a new pizza. He was so nice and it was ready super quick. I recommend this location!“

“No complaints about the store, staff or food. Just the neighborhood. Not sure what is to the left of this store,but there were a group of 10 hanging out there then Is that what I went to pick up my food?I was greeted with the super thick bulletproof glass , you would think you were in a bank. However the staff was very polite and professional. I ordered the food online and it was ready when they said it would be. Most certainly be going here again if i'm in the area“

“This was my first time going to this place. They only make one size pizza(small). The crust is fresh They even have cauliflower crust. They make the pizza in front of you and they have alot of toppings to choose from even Vegan options. After they place it in a wood fire oven and finish your pizza with any sauce you want. “This was a pretty neat find as we wandered around the area! The tap wall was excellent to be able to try various types of beers and other drinks. Ordered the crazy fries, birria tacos, and the tuna poke wontons and all of them were excellent though the wontons were a clear favorite at our table. This place is ran by carb loving, cheese loving, and quality loving angels.
I drove 8 hours to DC. Got to my air BNB and needed something to make the drive worth it. I believe divine intervention placed me where I was so that when I looked up pizza the closest place was Mad Over Pizza
I got the supreme pizza and the cheese with extra cheese and MAN did they deliver.
I ate both pizzas. With a glaze in my eyes I then devoured 2 orders of their delicious garlic bread.
The owner even threw in some extra garlic sauce because “while you didn’t order it I want you to have the best experience possible”

“Red Hound Pizza has become the favorite pizza place in Takoma Park for me and many of my friends who live nearby. Their pizzas are hearty and delicious with a thick, 100% whole wheat crust using flours that are grown and milled by one of their neighbors just down the street. They also use local produce when possible and therefore their veggie pizza rotates every two weeks. They also have soft serve which rotates regularly with fun toppings like roasted pear or dehydrated chocolate cake. The owners are really great. The pizza is on the expensive side ($4-5/slice) compared to other pizza so you gotta pay a premium for high-quality ingredients. They also sell pizza by the slice. You can dine-in for casual eating -- they only have a few small tables inside and some more picnic tables in a closed off parking lot in the back. Take note: their pizza is rectangular! And the crust will taste different from almost any other pizza you've had bc of the 100% whole wheat sourdough. Also they don't have gluten-free options but they do always have a vegan option. fwiw Red Hound always uses 100% whole grains -- this will appeal to some (more protein, more fiber!) and not to others.“
