Hawk N Dove on Capitol Hill in DC offers an electric atmosphere, described as a sea of orange and blue with great food, great drinks, and even better fellowship. The service is outstanding, with staff like Christine being absolutely the best—warm, attentive, and on top of everything even in a packed game-day crowd. Another staff member, Jessica, is the best bartender, making drinks with consistency and reason to patronize. The Pumpkin Espresso Martini and the Bartender Creation drinks were outstanding. The vibe feels less like a bar and more like being surrounded by old friends, making the Iron Bowl atmosphere unforgettable. For a slower lunch, service was good but slow, and the price was on the higher side for what was received. However, a solo dinner was a lovely experience with a warm welcome, delicious dishes, and a karaoke session upstairs where no one felt excluded. Hawk N Dove is the perfect spot for an Auburn family vibe in the DC Capitol Hill area.
