“I have been here several times and each time have been happy with the food. Tried many different items on the menu and they all were tasty. My main reason for writing this review isn’t for the food though, it’s about my last experience at the restaurant. I stopped there with my daughter this past weekend. It was literally 100 degrees that day and after we ordered a man walked through the door about to pass out from heat exhaustion. He was clearly down on his luck. The lady who worked their acknowledged the gentlemen when he walked in and ask was he ok. He responded yes he was ok but wanted to get out of the heat for a few minutes and was it ok if sat down for a few minutes. She responded yes and gave him ice water. She then asked if he was hungry and the man said yes but he didn’t have any money right now. She told him that she would buy him a pizza and not to worry about paying her back. As I sat and ate while watching their interaction, it filled my heart with joy watching the compassion being shown to a complete stranger. I will for ever be a fan of this place as long as that lady is still working there!“
“The new meat lovers melt that I got from the PH on Iverson St. in Temple Hills, Maryland, was excellent in terms of both quality and temperature. This PH greeted me with a smile and professionalism. Excellent work, I'll be back for sure ?“
“The original cheese steak is delicious. The meat is fresh and just the correct amount of cheese. The fries were among the tastiest I’ve had even through they were cold when I arrived home. If they were hot I might have slapped something. Lol I also ordered the Greek salad with no meat. I’m impressed and will return and recommend this restaurant.“
“I have been going to this papa johns for the last 4 years and they provide excellent pizza and great customer service. I would like to recognize one special employee Star she is always so pleasant whenever she sees me she knows what I ordered and whenever I have an issue she solves it right away.“
“Friendly staff. Convenient location. Food is always fresh and tasty. Great for parties or game night if you don’t want to cook. Their 2 pie deal with garlic knots and cinnamon twists is a family favorite for Friday nights!!! Thankful to have this options!“
“Very cute and innovative Japanese-Italian fusion spot! I had the Vongole Ramen, which was very tasty, although also extremely rich so perhaps difficult to finish towards the end.The onigiri was also interesting, although many of them were a bit lacking in filling.“
“I am truly a pick eater so anytime I'm able to do a full tasting menu with no worries about having eating restrictions I jump at the opportunity. Oyster Oyster has such a carefully crafted menu for vegans and vegetarians alike. The only element that is not vegan is the oyster they serve as one of the tasting elements. Other than that, it is truly a vegan person's heaven. So much fresh vegetables cooked in ways I literally could not have dreamed up. The Gnocchi mushroom dish served with the broccoli bread was my absolute favorite part of the menu. The bread was served with marigold butter that absolutely blew my mind. Do yourself a favor and also try the Non Alcoholic tasting menu to accompany your dish as it was such a great way to get more fresh juices and tonics to accompany the meal. I highly highly recommend this place to everyone and a round of applause to their excellent service as well.“
“I really wanted to give a 5 star review because the food was incredible, however the service was slow for the price point. Plus, the 4% surcharge added onto the bill is deceptive. Our waiter explained that instead of raising their menu prices, they just tack on the fee. However, it’s not clear on the menu what exactly this fee goes towards. Why not just raise the price by $2 and stop fooling customers?I’d come back for the food for take away or to sit outside- the inside was cramped and very loud.“
“We were in a Rush to find something to eat at the end of a very long day, and found this cute little restaurant that was said to have good gluten-free options. We were lucky to get seated pretty quickly on a Monday evening, and the waiter took great care of us. I had a nice gluten-free lamb bolognese, and the others at our table really enjoyed their dishes as well. The waiter was even able to bring out gluten-free bread for me. Allergen safety seems to be quite excellent at this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and nut free options available.“
“Just came from Virginia was in the area . Visted this pizza place when I was hungry . They have good pizza and well made 6$ for a jumbo slice which is two piece basically I will say I didn’t give them 5stars Becuase the windows advertise the wrong prices I paid 6$ for what I thought was a 4$ of pizza but to me worth it . Also no pork in there products or in use I liked that .All together they layer it right with toppings and cheese I will say that. The cashier was also nice & welcoming .I would return to get pizza here if in the southeast Dc area again .Also best for take out no dine in here .Parking: The parking is easy access and convenient.“
