Let me start off by saying I use to be a Store Manager at a pizza hut back in Los Angeles and have over a decade in the restaurant industry. The young lady that helped me Julissa, was amazing. Her customer service was on point, very friendly and very patient. I would've been proud to have her as one of my team members back at the store I managed. Keep up the amazing work! I'm giving a 2 for the "delivery" service not the service at the store.Our orders are typically correct & arrive when they say it will be delivered. My issue is with the delivery person. They left my order on the edge of our porch. They didn't ring the door bell, knock, call or text....Nothing. Luckily, I was in the kitchen and heard a sound on the porch. Today was among the best of my experiences purchasing pizza here. It was ready in 15 minutes and during rush hour. The pizza was delicious and fresh. Service for pickup was fast. Great because I had an important appointment as was barely on time. However I am realistic, but today the Pizza Hut gets 5 stars. As far as atmosphere, I believe it is carry out only.Parking: Drive out front, go in, get pizza!
