Oyster Oyster Reviews
These guys are stellar, love the concept and the commitment. I written previously about the “heaviness” you can get at a top-end set menu place. FINALLY got the opposite, light, daring, and genuinely surprising.
Advice - do the juice paring. The apricot and chanterelle juice was something we kept talking about and was so perfect. This sets a new bar of excellence for us far beyond simple wine parings.

What a fantastic meal, super happy with what we experienced and ate for the money we paid. Robert, our server, was really outstanding. All the food was so delicious. The drink options were great. Loved the atmosphere and interior decorations. I will eat here again, especially knowing the menu changes per season.
Fantastic! Wonderful service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere that was more than worth what we paid. I can't wait to come back.

Oyster Oyster provides a memorable dining experience with creative dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients. The menu features standout items like the asparagus course and mushroom ragu, which elevate vegetables to new heights. The starter snacks and broccoli bread with sunflower seed butter are beyond delicious, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to using vegetables in inventive ways. The staff are knowledgeable and passionate about the food and drinks they serve, offering friendly and genuine service. Reservations are required for the set menu, but the excellent service and flavorful, thoughtfully prepared dishes make the visit worthwhile. The restaurant's dedication to sustainability is evident, with locally sourced ingredients and eco-friendly practices, such as plates made from used wine bottles and a fully decomposable menu paper. Every dish brings out the depth of flavors, and the stories behind the ingredients add to the experience. While the main entrée (the eggplant dumplings) did not quite deliver the same punch as earlier courses, the overall meal remained memorable and thoughtful. The juice pairing, crafted from unused ingredients, complemented the dishes perfectly, and attentive staff like the hostess enhance the experience. Oyster Oyster truly delivers an elevated vegetable-focused dining experience rooted in sustainability and creativity.
