“Even though it was a bit of wait time for me to place my order, however the staff was dealing with an unruly customer. The cashier was trying to ad poised as ever, and the customer kept trying to flare her up. The manager step in, and his appreciate to situation was wonderful. He told the cashier that was having issues to step aside and take care of the next customer, and he dealt with the unruly customer, with poise and mannerism. Also another employee stepped up from the drive through and showed great back up with the manger in a very smooth way. And then they took my order and I received delicious food for what I purchased. The only thing is, when I got home and opened my bag, I was missing my 2 biscuits that was supposed to come with my order. I was a tad disappointed, however because the chicken was so good as well as my 2 sides of delicious Red beans and rice, and again the great way they handled the unruly customer, I couldn't give this restaurant and staff nothing less than a 9/10.P.S. I went back two days later and ordered the same thing, and received my order in full, including my biscuits, and another team of employees, with good customer service.“

“We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. I liked the spicy kick of the Nashville sandwich that I may attempt the next spicy level. The mild honey butter sandwich is great for people who cannot handle spicy food. The rooster sauce is a free add-on on the side that was good as well. Tip: it may be a little messy so grab napkins.Tables: there are plentiful tables that were clean. The facility workers come around to tidy up the area, but don’t forget to clean up after yourself as well.Restrooms: clean public restroom with water fountains located right outside.Wheelchair accessibility: Push open doors that actually work. “Two words. Pleasantly surprised. I came here on a Wednesday night, which is when Artemis have RnB night with live music. I arrived 30 mins early to ensure I had a seat. I walk in and the place is empty, which is usually not a good sign. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was super cool and nice. She ensured my group that the place would fill up. I ordered a drink and the catfish filet sandwich. The drink was a real drink if you know what I mean. No extra frills, nice, strong, and right to the point. Just the kind I like. The catfish was surprising really good too. The show kicks off and the band and the lead singer was great. They covered songs that we all knew, and my group and I sang along and had a great time. Also, one of the band members thanked us for coming and supporting and purchased a shot for my friend who's birthday it was. And as the bartender promised, the place filled up and the whole vibe was perfect. I'm glad we stuck around. If you're looking for live music on a Wednesday night, check out this place. It's not super flashy or anything, but you'll have a good time.“
