My whole family enjoyed the Federalist Pig!The food was great and the service was above par! Definitely had a great time with delicious juicy brisket and other amazing meats and sides..I had the Chipotle green beans and absolutely loved them, in addition to an 8 out of 10 potato salad. I'm super picky about my potato salad. But, it was good, even if it wasn't the best I've ever had.I would definitely recommend Federalist Pig to friends and family and will be coming back!
The staff is friendly and makes good suggestions. The facility is clean with openly accessible sinks to wash in front of others. The meat is fast and hot with a good variety of sauces. The sides are mildy warm. Avoid the green beans. Bring friends to help you finish. Plenty of boxes to take it with you. This is a neighborhood gem.
