i was in there this afternoon at about 4:00 p.m. ish at the popeyes @ 1742 columbia road north-west washington, dc 20009, and my order was not filled as i had given it. 4-piece platter with a sprite and an extra biscuit. i was charged for this extra biscuit but i did not receive it. that's a shame. fast food does not require me to wait in line for 35 minutes, waiting to be given lackluster and poor service. this is completely unacceptable. your type of service told me you never...read full review

I had someone pick up a 2 piece Chicken and a half dozen of Biscuits, I expected the Biscuits to be placed in a small box, the Biscuits weren't wrapped up or anything, just thrown in a bag with some napkins and they were very hard and cold as if they were from the day before ??
