Very unhelpful staff I put a mobile order in and was refused a refund or credit when they were out of an item
We ordered four apple pies but they only gave us 2 of them
I originally placed an online mobile order for a set time
Unfortunately, I could not make it in time so my food was sitting and cold :(
Luckily ,after asking the manager , they were courteous enough to remake the food freshly for me , and I appreciate that! Thank you
