If you're ok with the server handling your pretzel with the same hands, with no gloves or sanitation and using a mere napkin, that handled your money then you should be good to go here.
The staff communicated clearly.
I ordered a pretzel that appeared fresh and hot, until i bit it to it. It was hard as a rock i couldn't even chew it. They definitely redipped an old pretzel in butter to make it look fresh. It was so hard, i took it back and the young lady did her best to try to ignore me, until i raised my voice. She did give me another pretzel which as delicious, but she picked it up with her hand instead of using tonges, which was very unsanitary.
