I ordered a pretzel that appeared fresh and hot, until i bit it to it. It was hard as a rock i couldn't even chew it. They definitely redipped an old pretzel in butter to make it look fresh. It was so hard, i took it back and the young lady did her best to try to ignore me, until i raised my voice. She did give me another pretzel which as delicious, but she picked it up with her hand instead of using tonges, which was very unsanitary. I rated them a 2 because the 2nd pretzel was fresh. But the Customer service is definitely a 1 being worst.

Love Auntie Anne's! I could never go to the mall and not get a nice hot delicious pretzel after all that shopping! The scent alone just sucks you in. My go to is usually the raisin. Yesterday after some hours of shopping, I joined the line (always a line) to get a raisin pretzel. They said the wait would be like 10 minutes. Went there with my 5yr old daughter around 8:30pm knowing they were closing in 30 mins but also hoping I could get some kind of pretzel (didn't matter what kind). Turns out once I'm there, there's nothing on display and it looked like they were cleaning up. One rude girl didn't even acknowledge me while standing there, the other one said “we are closedâ€. I'm thinking there's still 30 minutes left though?? I took my babygirl to Krispy Kreme instead. Don't see myself coming to this place again. I get it they are trying to go home for the day but customer service is still key when you work in this business.

Jenny or colleague frowned thee entire time I was standing there and everything was "yeah" or "what"...Jenny needs more customer service training..I will never go their again...
