The staff is very friendly admin to mini firehouse subs. I always order my sandwich cold the young lady suggested that since I never had a hot firehouse sandwich to buy a small and try it hot I got the hook and ladder and have to admit wasn't bad not necessarily my style, but not bad at all, I think it's good if you eat it immediately as opposed to it being hot and getting cold my overall experience it was outstanding.
It was my first time here and Antoinette was so kind. She gave me recommendations, she was pleasant and had a smile the whole time! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the order process here and her recommendation was amazing! I’m so glad i stopped by. Rickaya did a great job on my sandwich. I am completely dissatisfied with this particular branch. The management is lacking and it is disheartening for me to have to write this review because I am a huge fan of Firehouse Subs. They were lacking in toppings and it was evident that it was due to the laziness of the staff in preparing the ingredients. This is extremely disappointing.
