I ordered a smoothie for delivery and the first one was not as tasty as it should have been. I left a survey review and within minutes the manager called me and offered to make me a new smoothie. He even dropped it off to me personally! Great customer service and will order from here again.
I recently visited this location at 8:10pm and the staff wanted to shut down early. They said that they were not taking any more food orders because they wanted the oven to cook off before they leave. However I noticed that online orders were still coming in because it was not after 8:35pm yet. When I point that out the manager then decided to take my order. Whenever I order here after my morning workouts, the team is fast and efficient, they also help by explaining items on their menu when I have questions.I loss my wallet and didn’t realize it until a day later.
