Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before visiting the African American History museum. The place was clean, the people were nice, courteous and helpful. We ordered 2 turkey sandwiches on a croissant and the amount of meat was sufficient and they had the cranberry ginger ale that we love this time of year.
I went during a very busy lunch time (12:30) for my first time, they had 3 lines going all the way back to the drink station! one for sandwiches one for salads and one to pay, I was in an out under 10 minutes while also not knowing what I wanted and needing help to decide. All the other guests were dressed very dapper in suits on break from work and I was in my tank top and basketball shorts, but everyone treated me with respect and a smile regardless.

I forgot my lunch and had been hearing a lot about Phillips, so decided to take the walk. The line was actually less long than expected and told so I was excited about that and the food looks very fresh. I decided to get a turkey club added, bacon and dressed up how I wanted to with a side of kettle chips and a brookie. To my surprise, this was totaled to about $20. The price is outrageous, I probably won't be returning, unless I am treated or forget my lunch again and reach starvation...read full review
