If I could give it 0 stars I would. Bad cashiers with rude attitudes who want to make you miserable because they’re miserable. Food was cold and not reheated and the manager was very rude and did not try to compensate us
So I come with my dunking app and they tell me they don't receive it even tho the scanner machines are there to scan the phones then when I go to correct my oreser after he told me to trow my cup out charges me for cup apart

Really the only problem I have is that the employees don’t where name tags so I could name names. What started off as a “ rocky “ visit to Dunkin ended perfectly. The big guy with facial hair handled the situation and my order very professionally. Hats off to that
