Great service & the cleanest Starbucks restroom I've ever used!
I'm not sure why this Starbucks has a low rating - I do mobile pick-up frequently and have almost never had an issue with my order despite doing a lot of customization. Yes, there can sometimes be a wait, but it is also probably the second busiest Statbucks for Hill workers. This is a perfectly fine Starbucks.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a staff that is warm, welcoming, and full of joy. The employees provide great service and are kind, even on a busy Monday morning. One barista gave the best advice for ordering an iced matcha with strawberry cold foam, and the drink was made perfectly. When a drink spilled by accident, the staff remade it immediately without hesitation. Arie, in particular, has a ready to work energy and provides a welcoming and educating experience with great customer service. The staff has personal touches and is very friendly, making it a great experience for everyone.
