Worst service of any business I have ever been in! Counter people are RUDE and are definitely picking the people they want to service first. I waited 14 minutes for my order while others who ordered after me received service. Counter people looked at me, chatted with each other and never took care of me. One barista gave the best advice for ordering an iced matcha with strawberry cold foam, and the drink was made perfectly. When a drink spilled by accident, the staff remade it immediately without hesitation. Arie, in particular, has a ready to work energy and provides a welcoming and educating experience with great customer service. The staff has personal touches and is very friendly, making it a great experience for everyone.
