Based on the reviews, Potbelly is a restaurant with a friendly team, and the manager is great at managing the store. The team members are so friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service is outstanding, with one employee providing amazing help by double-checking special accommodations for an Uber Eats order. The same employee crafted a phenomenal sandwich with incredible care and precision, and every bite was absolutely delicious. The staff gets orders out quickly, even in five minutes. However, this particular location is a run of the mill Potbelly, and one visit was disappointing because the fountain drink station was not working. A pizza melt sandwich was a mess with a sloppy build and package. For a late-night visit just before closing, the staff said "of course" to serving three different sandwiches that were very tasty with a great price/performance ratio. The restaurant offers great vegetarian options. The Hechtwarehouse plans on using this location for their next event.
