We ordered the Blta, but without avocado which was delicious!! The bread was very warm and fresh, more places needed to have their bread this way!! The bacon tasted fresh and crispy...YUM(never had bacon this good from any place that got to in my area)!! The nice older lady at the front was very welcoming and friendly which is always nice to have at a place that you're trying for the first time, sorry I didn't catch your name, but my husband and I thank you for helping us with our order!!

My time at Potbelly Sandwich shop was really disappointing because of a mean older lady who worked there. Even though I like their sandwiches, this store let me down. Lots of people have said the same thing about this lady in their reviews.I ordered my food online but when I got there, it wasn't ready. So, I sat down to wait. But this lady started yelling at me, saying I had to move because she had cleaned the seats. I did what she said, but she kept being rude the whole time.When I finally got my food, I asked her why she had to be so mean. I told her I had the right to sit wherever I wanted as long as the store was open. But she just told me I wasn't welcome there anymore. This isn't the first time she's been rude; she told my friend the bathroom was closed because she had cleaned it.Such behavior not only drives customers away but also tarnishes Potbelly’s reputation. This is certainly not the experience the company aims to provide, and it’s disheartening to see such unwelcoming attitudes prevail in what should be a welcoming establishment.

I ended up stopping by here since they had such a good selection of salads (doing keto currently). I ordered the farmhouse but was disappointed because they were out of bacon which really surprised me. The staff were nice but hard to hear since the music was so loud. I would go back since the food was good.

Ordered Avocado Turkey sandwich on multigrain, and one on a flatbread. The flatbread was not toasted, which was surprising because I assume all potbelly sandwiches are toasted. Order was ready on time and I have not had this issue at other locations.
An older woman at this location yelled at a customer who accidentally walked through an area she’d just mopped (there wasn’t any signage and the other door was blocked). The employee yelled at this woman, said rude things under her breath about the customer, and then no more than 5 minutes later yelled at my partner and I for sitting in the seating area because it was “closed.” Again, there wasn’t a single sign to indicate this and it was 1.5 hours before official closing. She went as far to say that she would “give us the bucket and mop so we could clean the area ourselves.”I don’t know her name but she worked today 11/4 around 5:30 pm ET.She is absolutely atrocious and I feel for her coworkers who clearly looked embarrassed by her behavior.

Potbelly is a great sandwich shop and this one is no different. The line moves quickly, food is fresh, and the service is good. If you've not had Potbelly before, grab an Italian sandwich - they are the best on the menu. Be sure to add the Italian seasoning to make it a bit different. Yum.

Being at the Courtyard by Marriott choices of restaurants are limited. We stumbled across Potbelly sandwich shop. The workers looks a little less than happy to be working but we ordered anyways. The food was delicious! The bread was warm, the meat was fresh, we were happy campers. Does the place need a good scrub with soap & water? YES.
