Here's the deal. They make really good burgers but only when the conditions are absolutely perfect for them to do so. What are those conditions? An empty beer garden. There's a lack of obvious lack of coordination between the bar, the events that they host, and the type of service that that CaliBurger is able to provide. Ordered the “Cali double” burger at the food truck at Wundergarten. The message advised it would be ready in 20mins. 50 mins later the text finally came and the ‘burger’ I picked up contained less than half a tiny patty - for $13. 2 stars as the lady serving offered to re-make it. Was an average burger at best.
