The sandwiches and cookies are always fresh and delivery is always fast. I noticed today a 15% tip was automatically added to my bill? Who does that go to? the delivery driver? the sandwich makers? Please add a prompt letting customers know who they are tipping.
Good afternoon Potbelly,
My order below was place on Friday Jan. 3, 2020 for delivery on Monday Jan 6, 2020 @11:30am. IDEA lunch was delivered today at 12:15pm and we requested Garden Vegetable soup (missing). I asked the driver are you sure we have all the soups she said yes. I only ask because we are always missing an item from our order and it seems this store does not care if orders are correct or delivered on time. I really love this place! I actually drive 30 mins from my work just to get the loaded baked potato soup! It's my favorite! Today is the 2nd time I ordered loaded baked potato soup, and got an extra one for tomorrow's lunch, to be so disappointed when I get back to work and find it's not loaded !! The cheese and bacon are what makes it so good! I will definitely be checking my order from not on!! Not happy right now at all!!!!
