Definitely the most unorganized Potbelly location I've eaten at. It seems like only one employee knew how to do their job. There was no one in line when we showed up. We waited at the condiment counter for multiple minutes waiting for help. All the while, it went from no line to six people in line. Everyone stuck waiting for someone to start putting condiments on sandwiches.Definitely the most unorganized location I've been to. All of the staff besides the one guy with the curly hair needs significant training.

don't come to this location lol first time having pot belly and less than mediocre service. i came in 3 hours before closing but the workers made it seem like they were doing me a favor by taking my food order. incredibly at least one ingrendient was missing from each sandwich i place an order on. they ran out of meatballs, avacado, and ham... workers gave me an attitude for asking them to do their job... lol they also forgot to put sauce/mayo in any of the sandwiches. honestly impressed with how bad this place was

I got the skinny sandwich and a cup of soup for the $10ish meal deal and my husband the pizza melt. My sandwich was just okay and did not have all of the toppings I requested. The soup was nearly inedible, so I threw most of it away.

The food is good but the for one the app and on Google maps it states this place closes at 10:00pm but the 3 times I’ve been here they always tell me the closing an hour earlier, that being said if indeed it’s true please update the time so we won’t be misinformed and secondly whoever is in charge of closing and on that cashier has no etiquette and rude on top of that. Please do better, the food is delicious

Truly the worst. This is not from one experience but multiple. I honestly have never seen a more disinterested, apathetic and hostile staff anywhere. Just now I stood at the counter while a person opposite was making a sandwich. For 5 minutes neither he not anyone else even acknowledged my presence. I just left. I’ve had a litany of other issues, and try to give them more than one chance, don’t bother. There is a Jimmy John’s across the way where lovely humans have always been positive, cordial and consistently deliver. One store is well managed. The other makes you feel very unwelcome.

**This message is for Potbelly CORPORATE/STORE MANAGEMENT — not the staff of this specific store. The staff at this location does their absolute best and the issues are out of their control.Today was the second time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes to get a pickup (that was supposed to be ready) and the staff is completely overwhelmed. As a corporate entity, you need to support your locations properly so they can handle the volume they are getting daily. They have more pickups than in-shop orders and they only have 1 person handling pickup. There’s also not a separate line with a cold table for them to make the pickup orders, so of course everything is going to be backed up for hours.Stop torturing your already underpaid staff and either cap online orders at a certain number or get them more resources.

Potbelly's is always my go to Sandwich Place that offers quick and delicious meals. I wanted to try their new option, "Ring of Fire" and it was amazing! I love a spicy and juicy sandwich alongside a Cold Drink & Chips. Parking is never an issue and Service is great at this location.

Ordered was supposed to be delivered at 5:10, I checked online and it was changed to 6:11. Here it is 6:12 and still no order. I don't know who delivers for them but sent no notification just changed the time. Last order here, too many other choices, considerate of customer's time. Just called the store they don't have a driver and it didn't occur to them that my order has been sitting there for over an hour. Canceled my order and Ray said he would refund my order amount.

Although I love the food, especially the Mediterranean sub, I wish there were more healthy bread choices, especially whole grain options, e.g., 100% whole wheat. This option would be more appealing to those looking to reduce their intake of refined carbs which convert to sugar more quickly in the body. Several weeks ago, I left a message regarding this issue on the corporate customer service line but never received a response. I'm providing valuable feedback but not getting any acknowledgement. Any thoughts? Roger

Potbellies hit different from the other sub spots I was very impressed thanks. The steakhouse beef was fire but the tuna melt was just ok.

Cool little sandwich shop within walking distance of Westin in Alexandria VAReminded me of a Firehouse sub shop w memorabilia posted on walls around inside. I got a sub that had artichoke heart Mediterranean I think. The idea is interesting but the reality is artichoke is too chewy for a sub. Other than this it was tasty about $20 for two no drink or chips. In addition to the normal fresh cookies at register there was product called Dream bar to add distinctiveness.Service was not pushy and considerate.
