Lunchtime is super busy but they are managed very well and move the line quickly. The subs are very fresh with a large variety available. You can add different toppings to any of their subs. Eating is has ample space, as well as an outdoor table area. Looking for a delicious cold or hot sub, this is the place.

I say this kindly... whoever made the cookies today - you're dead wrong LOL. I just got my braces tightened and I just knew that Potbelly was going to hit the spot! ESPECIALLY a soft, freshly made sugar cookie. 😕 That cookie was harder than the LSAT. My goodness, I'm so sad. LOL, but I still love this place, but yall did me bad today.

The people who work here have the worst attitudes. Today I ordered online for the 3rd time and it was wrong again. I ordered a full pickle and they literally gave me sliced cuts. How am I supposed to eat this? I would say half the time the sandwich isn't even cut so you better have a knife at the office. Last week, we ordered a wreak and it came with NO MEAT?! Are you kidding me? How do you make a meat sandwich with no meat? Please clean the oven. There is so much...
