The people who work here have the worst attitudes. Today I ordered online for the 3rd time and it was wrong again. I ordered a full pickle and they literally gave me sliced cuts. How am I supposed to eat this? I would say half the time the sandwich isn't even cut so you better have a knife at the office. Last week, we ordered a wreak and it came with NO MEAT?! Are you kidding me? How do you make a meat sandwich with no meat? Please clean the oven. There is so much...

Shout out for customer service. I was a bonehead and accidentally ordered at my home store in Fairfax. As I was walking out their manager (?), Seid, called me back in and said he'd take care of me. He took a picture of my order off my phone and had it out to me in less than 5 minutes. Truly appreciated. I'll be back.

I've only experienced consistent issues with online orders at this particular location. What's the point of customizing if it's not correct. I can safely say it's 50/50. It's a 10 minute drive so I usually stick with what I get, but have made the effort to return when I can't eat the sandwich (mustard). I tip too and I'm going to stop because service is hit or miss. Why am I tipping when on an incorrect order? you can't do anything...
