Jersey Mike's Subs has varying experiences for its customers. Some people have a good time, with employees providing great service and making good food, like the Chicken Bacon Ranch. The location often looks very clean. However, other customers have bad experiences, such as a child running around the store, coughing, and employees being rude. Despite these issues, the food is often great, and some employees go above and beyond to make customers feel valued.
