A man with gray hair and cornrows super rude and said why i was takin so lon and why i was adding so many veggies to my sandwich after he was making rude comments he left my sandwich in the middle of making it and another person had to step in to finish. I visited this establishment a week ago, there was a homeless gentleman with some mental compassion cleaning the area, and the gentleman asked if I would buy him something to eat, which I did. At that point, this guy became a contingent of the subway, he asked to use the restroom and was told that it was for customers only , I explain that he has your product in his hand. I ordered a footlong sandwich "The Big Garlic"the first tome I got it it was great. The second time I was just given Rotisserie chicken with Garlic Aoli sauce. I also asked for Macadamian cookies and was given Oatmeal Raisin. Need to pay more attention to orders given and detail.
