Subway in Alexandria

“Subway artists. That used to be the slogan or what it was to the workers here. Kat is a true representation of doing the best she can. Just look at how this sandwich was put together. Really enjoyed my American Club Deluxe with 50% more meat! I’d definitely stop by here specifically for Kat to make the masterpiece. Also, the entire Subway seems newer. Very clean.“

“this place has been right on lately the prices have been very competitive (some other places combos prices around there kfc roy's jersey mike's maybe five guys if you don't get the fries and get water so just a cheeseburger) the menu has been a blast and i have the option of customizing myself (though with the series menu options i feel like i'd have to order through my phone to get the sandwich the way it is described as opposed to picking everything myself and getting the same sandwich again and again) the shopping center vibe here is real cool it's by the alexandria music bread and water primo's safeway cvs the liquor store dunkin donuts i am just a few blocks away in a suite in a office building it's a nice break coming in i've walked there before or gotten dropped off there too so wishing for some fantasy to think of dungeons and dragons which i don't play or a busy campus or road life being on tour reading the experiences of henry miller but also the safety so lessons about complaints and isolation and stigma and ways of including my family while avoiding problems yeah this place definitely makes me happy the other day i got a tuna and another time a ham (before i used to get the cold cut and the spicy italian usually might have to get around to the meatball) the footlongs are great i think there's so many choices here i won't burn out the white bread the hearty multi grain italian herbs and cheeses the option to have it toasted chip choices and maybe a water instead of a fountain drink the option for a cookie for desert there's a i think indian guy whose usually here whose been here forever he's helpful and runs a tight operation the food is sort of like down to a science how good it is like the portion and the way things jive and coalesce the meshing of flavors and the procedures to make the meal great time at subway no issues and the excitement of getting outside losing weight from a quick walk“

“This place nice and clean, very organized and people are really working back there. Cafe has a nice open area and almost they have everything for you Service is fast, bathroom is clean You can also get fresh blueberry, mostly Starbucks don't have it.“

“This subway has been running for decades now.Surprisingly I still see the same friendly smiles that I did during my school years.The sandwiches are always made to order and the bread is made fresh.I enjoy going to subway thanks to their healthier options compared to many restaurants and as well they have delicious fruit drinks on tap!Come on in and escape this heat. “I would say it's pretty standard as any other subway I've been in here twice. Nothing special to report about the subway. I will definitely come here again as there is no sloppy mess with the lettuce or any ingredients that are laid out.“

“Just stepped in today and got a delicious and healthy turkey sub.Everything looks so fresh and full of flavor!I recommend getting it toasted so the heat makes steams up the protein adding a little steaming action while it wrapped in veggies during transport.Go light on the sauces and you'll see the pounds shave off like nothing.Look forward to my next visit ?“

“This Subway location is the best that I have stumbled upon. I have a Subway in my hometown and rarely visit; the employees are mostly teenagers. Enough said. My food was prepared by Mr. Rubel (Roo-bell). It was hot, prepared exactly as I asked, and served with a smile. The parking area was easy in and out, with no problems getting around this small strip of businesses. The bathrooms were spotless on the day I visited. The restaurant was clean with no trash, dirt, or dust anywhere. The tables were all wiped down with chairs pushed in. All emplyees were working hard, going about their duties and preparing for the day. It was early, between eight and ten in the morning. I was welcomed, pleasantly served, and thanked for patronizing this Subway by Mr. Rubel. After I left and got in my vehicle I decided to get a few pics and write a review because the service cleanliness and quality of food here were exceptional. I thought maybe I dreamed the whole encounter. Nope. I went back inside and Mr. Rubel was interacting with another customer. He was so pleasant and accommodating that I realized I had stumbled across a true Gem. I will stop here again for sure.“

“Food tasted very fresh! One of the few subways I walk into that looks very clean. Had many options to choose from & pretty stocked in everything.. even their cookies! The man who made our sandwich was kind & offered suggestions! The cashier seemed in a bad mood though.“

“I've only eaten here a coupe times, but its always pretty empty inside, which I like, and the food tastes great! the staff is nice and ready to help..please don't expect everywhere you go to have overly happy staff dyeing to help you..I feel like some people think that's how all staff should be.“

“Kind of small, but adequate for customer volume. Very clean, comfortable. Well stocked. Employees take their time with salads and sandwiches so nothing is sloppy or half put together. Very friendly and take their time with little children that order, and do not show frustration. Very very good subway.“

“I asked for pizza sub for my son and the young lady said they don’t have it. It’s just pepperoni and marinara sauce on bread. I almost walked a way but the two young ladies spoke in Spanish and agreed to make one. I believe It’s a training issues.“

“This is literally the best smelling subway ive ever been to in my life! The breads always fresh here, the staff are super friendly. And there not shysty like other stores; if im willing to pay 20 dollars for a foot long sub. I should be able to load it with whatever i want. I love this place!“

“I came in here for lunch today because I was cruising around this historic area on my day off. It had been a hot minute since I had actually been inside one of these locations, and I could see right away some of the drastic changes that they have made to the menu. A couple of my favorite items have disappeared. The meatball sub:gone! The chicken teriyaki sub- gone! They replaced the old fashioned meatball sub with something called The Boss. This sandwich comes with pepperoni, meatballs, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I selected a couple of more toppings to include black olives and jalapeno peppers. This new sandwich came in at around 650 calories. The six inch sub starts at $7.50 now and if you want to add Lays chips and a small fountain drink then it's an additional $3.50. The sub sandwich kind of tasted the same as it did previously, but honestly zi can remember when these 6' subs were around $3.50 around five years ago. I'm not clear if the additional pepperoni made the cost double in such a short period of time.“

“It has been a little time since I have been over there but prior to that I had been coming to this Subway maybe once every other week for over two years. Staff have always been great, even when very busy. I have always seen them working with people on their orders, however complex or numerous. I have never had any issues with their food despite having a few food allergies.“
