“Seriously an underrated Starbucks location! They have both a drive thru and in store pick up option. If you order through the app, your order will be ready for pick up on time. Just be sure to pick it up through walk in because the drive-thru line is always so long, it isn't worth the wait (especially if you're in a rush). As for the beverages, they make my drinks perfectly. I have a tendency to order iced drinks more often and it's a well balance ratio of milk and ice. Pink drinks and the matcha lattes are my favorite. The staff are also very friendly and quick with servicing customers inside the store. I've seen them buss tables as soon as people leave so others may sit down. It has a decent work environment but I would say the noise level is about average to what you would expect from a cafe (not ideal for intense studying or professional work meetings).“

“I love the (fairly) new drive-thru Starbucks on Lee Highway. I always order via the app and pick up in the drive-thru. The employees are fabulous - friendly, attentive and helpful. I have rarely had any mistakes on my order, but the few times I have the employee quickly and cheerfully apologized and corrected the order.The most impressive thing about this very busy location is how the inconveniently laid out parking lot is striped in lanes - one for drive-thru customers and one that passes alongside it so customers who need to park can still easily enter and exit one of the two parking areas. It all runs very smoothly provided the cars in line don't block the parking areas, which most people are conscientious about avoiding.“
“The interior of this Starbucks is much more spacious compared to other Arlington locations and reminded me of the ones I used to study at back in high school in Metro Detroit. The interior has lots of tables and seating, and it wasn't crowded this Saturday afternoon. I got a Strawberry Acai Refresher because it was so hot and I was super parched, and the barista made it within a couple minutes. Pretty average drink, overall, not the best I've ever had but it did its job.“

“I was happy to see a Starbucks after I got off the metro. The ordering process was efficient, and I got my coffee quickly. There is not much seating, though, and there are also signs that say that seating would not be available at all during peak times.The outside seating area was a little messy and not upkept.“

He made my drink wrong by accident and insisted on remaking it for me even though I told him it was fine to just scrape off the extra whipped cream. “Shout out to Ebony! This morning, I witnessed her maintaining her cool with a super awful customer (which is very hard to do oftentimes in customer service jobs - I speak from years of experience). This customer asked for a box of coffee; Ebony said it would take about 10 minutes to brew that particular type. The man told her he had to get to work and told her to "do her best." Ebony (very kindly) suggested he go to the Starbucks across the street to see if they had some already made. This man was extremely rude to her and demanded a refund. Despite all of this, Ebony and her coworker very swiftly and kindly continued to serve customers. Dealing with a nonstop line of customers while making things to order is so stressful, and I've always enjoyed my interactions with the staff at this location. I highly recommend it.“
“The coffee tasted like dirt, but the service was amazing. I was escorted in. When I was done, they escorted me to my own small room with iron bars for windows. I had no idea how long I was there, but when I got out they were chasing me with paintball guns with real live kill people bullets. Nowhere else is the service this outstanding!“
“We stayed here on a long road trip, with a stop in DC for a Nationals game. We were relatively close (about 3 blocks) to the Crystal City Metro, and a bit surprised as to how empty the streets were upon returning home from a night Nationals game. I would not have felt safe walking alone in the evening. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience, and a great place to stay if you need to catch a flight, or are visiting the crystal city area.“

“It's a Starbucks. Theres a million of them. You know what you're getting. I am leaving a review though because the last 3-4 times I've gone to this location I get my normal order of an iced black coffee, and after a couple sips I feel ill. Im not sure if its extra caffeine or its not fresh but theres something different from this sbux over the other locations. Only leaving a review to see if its happened to others. Nice staff overall.“
“I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August when I moved to this area. I haven’t had any issues, but their cold brew machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now and I feel like Starbucks should be able to fix the problem much quicker than this. Half their drinks on the menu are cold brew drinks. I continue to go in the morning though because Takeisha is so kind and helpful!!“
“Came here before work for some breakfast and a coffee. I got a cappuccino and a smoked double bacon egg and cheese croissant. The croissant came out first and was piping hot. The guy who handed it to me was very friendly. Next came my cappuccino and that lady was friendly, as well as the original lady who took my order. The cappuccino tasted a little burnt, but I also haven't had Starbucks in like three years so maybe it's always tasted this way and I just never noticed. I sure did drink it all though. Not letting that go to waste. The sandwich was delicious. Prob my fav sandwich here. I love all the bacon and the warm flaky croissant. It's just so yummy. I paid with a credit card and was annoyed that it asked for a tip. I declined. The Starbucks is in the food court area at the pentagon city mall. Like smack dab in the middle of the bottom floor. It's hard to miss because it's right there when you get off the escalators. I'd come again next time I'm at the mall, but I won't make a special trip out of my way to come here.“

The app said they were out of stock of my breakfast sandwich, but the person behind the counter delivered. The line went quickly and the four ladies working delivered quickly.
