Starbucks in Oxon Hill

“I had a really great experience at this Starbucks! I was in the area for a conference event that was happening nearby, and there were thousands of people around because of the event. Naturally, a lot of people were looking for coffee in the morning, so I can only imagine how busy and stressful it must have been for the staff.

Despite the huge crowd, everyone working there handled the situation incredibly well. The employees at the ordering and pickup counters were very kind, understanding, and professional. Even with so many people coming in at once, they remained patient and treated everyone respectfully.

I especially appreciated seeing how well they handled the pressure. In situations this busy, I completely understand how employees can become overwhelmed or frustrated, but the staff here continued to be welcoming and helpful. It was honestly really nice and comforting to see.

Our drinks were also really good, and everything about the experience was great overall. Huge appreciation to the staff for working so hard and keeping such a positive attitude despite the circumstances!“

“Good vibes and costumer service, specially Hershey!, every time I go in there I already know he is gonna do me right. My drinks are always what expected with him and maybe even better!, although the environment is very welcoming and all employees try to make our days the best of it.“
