“This Starbucks was packed!!!!I've never seen a Starbucks with the number of mobile orders piled up on the counter must have been at least 50 waiting to get picked up unbelievable.But to their credit they kept cranking out the food cranking out the drinks and even though I ordered in person and waited it was less than a 10 minute wait so overall really good speed in getting the food and drinks out considering the amount of mobile orders they were also processing.“

“it’s starbucks, it’s coffee‼️ … but what makes this one stand out is the service… with a smile!first time at this location and overheard another customer saying that’s why i come to this location specifically, the customer service is exemplary!and i would have to agree after my experience there.parking is a bit tricky but there is paid street parking as well as garages around the area.“
“Since I've moved to Bethesda I've had nothing but good experiences as this grocery store. The employees are helpful and courteous, especially the ones who work at the counters at the back of the store. The store has great sales and promotions that can be found through their app, where you can make lists and also order your groceries ahead of time. They also have several in store promotions that are a nice bonus like the 9.99 Prime Rib meal on Thursdays or their Pizza Monday deal. Overall the store is very well maintained and modern and there is parking garage located under the store to make shopping that much easier.“
“The product is always what you are expecting. The plus for me here are two things: 1) It's not a busy store, so you are out pretty soon and you can avoid to be with many people (health issues); and 2) the lady who attended is always nice and that for me made it a more enjoyable experience.“
“The manager and staff were very friendly and approached me as they came into the store. I wanted a new blend of coffee that I had not tried before and they were very responsive. All went well and the transaction was completed and I'm very happy with my choice of coffee which was out of the ordinary and I had a ground which they offered to do for me and I accepted that. I use a French press and they grounded for my French press coffee maker.“
