The person who helped me was a little hostile. In general the place has a very sad energy. I don't want to put the entire blame on the employee because you never know what the story is behind each person. What I can see is that the employees here are not happy and it is sad to see.
Visiting in town and stated my order clearly and then they precede to ask what size..i literally said Venti first..Staff needs to active listen for the order. Also not really interactive vibe you usually get in a Starbucks shop. It's Friday and it's warm out. Smile! Located inside Harris Teeter and does not accept Starbucks rewards. Only Harris Teeter fuel or MVP awards. So FYI.
