The person who helped me was a little hostile. In general the place has a very sad energy. I don't want to put the entire blame on the employee because you never know what the story is behind each person. What I can see is that the employees here are not happy and it is sad to see.

0630 this morning and the place is not only crawling with homeless (this is every morning), but the lady who works here is AWOL and a homeless man had to tell me “she’s in the bathroom.” There is a sign saying CLOSED up at the counter…but this is during open hours…She comes out and looks as though she’s been crying in the bathroom and says it will be a few more minutes—she still has to turn the lights on etc. Her hands are all wet touching the tops of our coffee cups as well. I feel very uncomfortable getting coffee here. Starbucks upper level management needs to straighten up the act.

Had the most beautiful coffee moment this morning with Hasifa. She is an elegant and lovely woman. Starbucks is lucky to have her as an ambassador of its business.

Your morning barista needs some training just got the worst coffee this morning.

Harnessed by a HT employee and initially ignored by the Starbucks barista. I was the only person getting coffee. In short I won’t be going back.

this is the worst!!! the customer service is bad and the coffee was extremely bitter each and every time idk why i even attempt to try maybe because its close to my job.. just save your time and money and go somewhere else
