“My first time at this location, I had never been to a two-story Starbucks before. While I waited for my order, I went to the bathroom. The bathroom was clean. My food and drink were great. I decided to go upstairs. Luckily I had a book with me so I went upstairs, ate my breakfast sandwich and drink my iced coffee and read my book. I stayed up there for about an hour. It was fairly quiet. There were other people up there with their headphones on and working on their laptops. The fireplace was not on. It was a little cold up there, but it was OK . For the most part was quiet, there was one only one other time that a couple of people started talking, but it wasn’t very long. Overall, great experience nice clean location. There is seating down stairs and out doors just not as much as upstairs. I didn’t see an elevator so downstairs would be the only wheelchair accessible area.“
