“Typical starbucks but the 2nd floor seating area is a plus. With fireplace. But staff sometimes are hesitant to heat the place unless asked. A couple times we got pushback on both the heating and the fireplace (reason: ventilation issues?!?) until others spoke up (it was in the 40s outside). There should just be a policy the staff should stick to. Just because staff are warm doesn't mean guests should have to stay cold.“
