This location is extremely slow, though this is no fault of the employees. Typically during the morning rush there will be a single employee manning the stand, and he has to do all the ringing up and making of drinks. Very seldom does the management here deem that two employees need to be assigned, even when you might wait 10-15 minutes to get a drink (2-3x longer than any other location I have been to). I come here often in the mornings during the week. The product is consistent but I feel the staff is unhappy with their job perhaps? Or maybe not morning people? I dislike the fact that I can't order ahead as sometimes there is a line. Also, rewards points can't be used here. On a positive note, I appreciate the parking, there is an ample amount.

I cheat on my diet to go here several times a week, but can't overlook the fruit flies landing all over the food in the case that they then sell. I usually ask for one still in the wrapper, but when they are out have to skip it. Please clean that up. Thanks!
