“Giving five stars because it’s a peaceful cafe with good coffee (I got their cold brew) and even some good food options, which I haven’t tried yet but will next time I am here (i tried the beef egg cheese sandwich and it was delicious). This area of McLean badly needed another coffee cafe type of place (because there aren’t many at all, I think there was just starnut), and we got one!“

“I go to several different locations of Starbucks. This location and one in Great Falls are my favorites since they are big and have lot of seating capacity. All Starbucks employees have always been very courteous to me. I have been going to Starbucks since 1991!“

“I am so glad that they have been consistent for the last 6 years I have been their customer. I come here every single month.
1. Cake/bakery
This is their main jam. Cake prices went up by $10 per cake in the last 5 years, so smaller cake is minimum of $40-45 and medium to large cakes are $55+ with tax etc.
2. Sandwich: They have egg salad, tuna salad, chicken and korean beef salad. The key is consistency! Same taste and quality every time, that is what makes a business stay in the long run.
3. Service: not good anymore. This part went down quite a bit. Manager should note. They are rushing us and not courteous. This is how you LOSE customers. If there is no one behind the person and if their phone isn't pulling up your app fast enough, don't be mean!
4. App/rewards: I come here over shilla or breeze etc other korean bakeries because they have rewards program that actually works and this is why I stay with them.“
“This might be my favorite bakery in Tysons. I always come here to get all our special moment cakes; and the quality is always incredible.

“Best bagels in northern Virginia by far. The smoked salmon, the everything bagels, the vegetarian sandwich are the highlights for me. They’re right on the edge of what I’d be willing to pay for bagels but the quality is very good. The consistency has also improved since they moved from the food truck. Coffee isn’t that great at least for me.“

“Employees are always very friendly, and the atmosphere can be a welcome change from the offices upstairs. Great service as far as Starbucks locations go. Good location for informal coffee meetings.
