“Never have I ever tasted such incredibly delicious Chocolate Pistachio Baklava!!! Parsa Bakery is a true McLean treasure from warm welcoming Sarah to the European Middle Eastern specialty items. The pastries are baked fresh daily on-site and you'll have to taste them to believe it!“

“Mylos is one of our go-to favorite places. Very kid friendly! The vegetables are shockingly fresh to the point we asked how the vegetables are so good, like unusually good, every time we come. The kind server said they take pride in their fresh ingredients and get vegetable deliveries every couple days. It makes their salads AMAZING!!! Especially the horiatiki salad! I usually do not like salads. Sometimes I just order a salad because they are that good

The gyros are pretty good, olive oil is amazing, tazatziki sauce is good, grilled halloumi is great, keftedes are great, overall can't really go wrong.

Service is fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful. Definitely give Mylos a try. So happy we found Mylos!“

They’re right on the edge of what I’d be willing to pay for bagels but the quality is very good. The consistency has also improved since they moved from the food truck. “I've only done the hot bar/salad bar here and not MTO. Everything always seems very fresh, there's a great variety. The cashiers are super quick. Drink selection is huge (fountain and bottled drinks). Great option if you're super hungry or just need a little snack since the bars are by weight.“

“I visited Jeni’s at The Boro in McLean and it was so popular that the line was out the door. I ordered the standard two scoop option for around $7 and chose Brambleberry Crisp and House Coffee. While I do not think those two flavors paired especially well together, each was delicious on its own.

Jeni’s offers a wide variety of unique flavors, including Strawberry Pretzel Pie, Gooey Butter Cake, Goat Cheese with Red Cherries, and Wildberry Lavender, along with many others. They also have gluten free and dairy free options. The young man who helped me was friendly and provided excellent service.

There is also both indoor and outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy ice cream on a hot summer day!“

The food was great, my favorites were the funnel cake fries and the guacamole. The Cider was delicious!!! The venue itself is fantastic for hosting events, and I highly recommend ShipGarten for birthdays, gatherings, or any special occasion.
