Food was awesome! Atmosphere was warm! Wait staff extremely attentive. We LOVE that it is farm to table, they have their own bee hives and grow their own herbs! Menu was unique and the octopus appetizer was SO crazy good!
I had breakfast lunch and dinner there during my stay at the Hilton hotel and the food was excellent. Every time, I recommend for breakfast the omelette, the blueberry pancakes or the buffet, especially the pastries. For lunch, I recommend everything, and finally for dinner. I recommend the steak or the burger. The staff was very friendly and The quality of the food is great
It's a restaurant inside of Hilton Hotel. The atmosphere was very good, but our brunch was just ok... looking good but pricy.

Härth is a restaurant that offers a pleasant dining experience with a focus on sophisticated southern cuisine. The food, including scallops, filet, pork chop, and the “Bad Hunter” cauliflower steak, is praised for its quality and amazing flavor. The restaurant is more quiet since it’s located inside the Hilton, and it has a nice-looking patio with a fire pit that guests look forward to trying when the weather cools down. The menu has recently changed, featuring spectacular desserts like beignets, pecan pie, and peach cobbler. Although the restaurant is not the least expensive, the food remains fantastic at its price point, and the service is consistently excellent. The restaurant is very accommodating to allergies, and while the coffee may not be the best, everything else at Härth is highly recommended for anyone visiting or staying in the hotel.
