Sophia was outstanding! Her knowledge and patience was above and beyond expectations. I am physically not up to par and she was so cautious with her recommendations and my ability to carry my new machine to my car.

We’ve been Nespresso customers for several years and visited stores in Miami and Austin and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Staff was rude and not helpful.
