Staff is always super willing to help. Even when it gets packed. And believe me that happens every weekend. I’ve become a regular since moving to the area and every visit I’ve had has been very nice. Julianna in particular has been incredibly helpful and friendly. She’s always the first to greet the guests and is always smiling. She’s quick to answer any questions and resolve any concerns! This is a great location!
As others have stated, the wait time to purchase coffee is very long. This was my first time visiting the store in person, as I normally purchase coffee via the app. I wanted to pop in, grab a couple sleeves and leave. I couldn’t simply do that, as I needed to put myself on a list to then wait my turn to be called. I grabbed a free espresso, which is a nice touch but then continued to wait for over 10 mins.
