The staff, particularly baristas like Taylor and Hannah, are praised for their outstanding attention to detail and excellent customer service. Regulars often find their orders ready, and the friendly atmosphere encourages personal connections between staff and customers.
Despite the positive experiences, some reviews mention the location's cleanliness and the need for a bigger seating area.
