Starbucks in Vienna

“What makes this Starbucks stand out from the rest is the people who work here! The team at Starbucks Vienna is incredibly kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Frankie He is amazing. He makes the best iced coffees and is always so friendly. Starbucks should be proud to have someone like him.“

“never thought i’d be rating a starbucks, but this is the best customer service i’ve ever seen at a starbucks location.

what stands out the most is the barista staff. they’re consistently friendly and welcoming - i don’t think there’s been a day where i haven’t seen them smiling (which is pretty rare for starbucks staff, lol).“

“I live near by and will often stop by to get something. Usually I don't know what to order and will just get a refresher. On this labor day, on my way back from Fedex, I stopped by and got an iced tea mixed with lemonade. The drink was quite sour, and the lady who made it was away, so I asked the one who was taking order if she can cut the sourness with anything....She looked at me with disdain, and proceed to tell me that's how sour it should be and nothing can be done. I asked if she was telling me that's how Starbucks make Iced tea sour, she said yes that's how it is supposed to taste and stopped paying attention to me. I don't know if she tought that I was trying to get a free drink, or per my accent that I wasn't familiar with Starbucks. Thanks to the main lady who came back, I asked her if it was possible to make my drink less sour...Which she did and was very nice about it.
It wasn't a pleasant experience that day.“
