“Free refills when you hang out :) Everyone is kind and thoughtful even when they are slammed. The atmosphere is great. Music is at a reasonable level to work on my laptop and have conversations. It's busy but no fights for seating. Temperature is always nice even when it's not outside. Lastly, the Pikes Place was on POINT today *chefs kiss*.“

I always order extra cold foam because honestly if I could just order that, some days I would! They always give the extra I request and not the standard amount when I customize the drink to have extra 😂
Everyone is so nice and the drinks are always perfect! 🤩 I plan on becoming a regular to this store even if it’s out of the way🤣😂“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. They don't have a drive-thru, but I think that only adds to the great customer service. The staff goes out of their way to remember their customers and they always get my order right on point.“

“I didn’t get a clear look at her name but a barista there named either atda or Aida a very sweet lady made the most delicious Carmel ribbon crunch that I have EVER had. I used a ton of descriptions for my drink and honestly felt bad because it truly was alot but even yet and still she made it in a timely manner and it was amazing, she even went the extra mile and made my little sister a drink as well and she has great regards as well. All in all please give her a sizeable blessing in the form of a raise of pay grade I believe she truly deserves it

“I visited the starbucks in target on Tuesday around 5-6 pm and had a great experience. I think his name was Joseph he was very friendly and funny. The girl barista with glasses, I didn’t catch her name but was also super nice and took the time to make sure my coffee was just the way I like it. I'll definitely be coming back and seeing them again!!“
“I’d like to give a big compliment to Zel, the barista at the Starbucks inside Wiehle–Reston East Station. She handled a difficult situation with great professionalism and integrity — when someone came into the store asking customers for money, Zel bravely and politely asked them to leave so paying customers could enjoy their coffee without being disturbed.
It’s refreshing to see a staff member who truly cares about maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. We need more employees like her these days — respectful, responsible, and courageous. Thank you, Zel, for doing the right thing!“
“My son and I needed a spot this morning where he could study and I could work, so we posted up here and had a front-row seat to the morning rush. I was genuinely impressed—this team runs a very tight operation. Drinks and food were coming out quickly and accurately, even at peak volume. Easily the best-run Starbucks I’ve visited. Kudos to the team.“
