“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. They don't have a drive-thru, but I think that only adds to the great customer service. The staff goes out of their way to remember their customers and they always get my order right on point.“

“I visited the starbucks in target on Tuesday around 5-6 pm and had a great experience. I think his name was Joseph he was very friendly and funny. The girl barista with glasses, I didn’t catch her name but was also super nice and took the time to make sure my coffee was just the way I like it. I'll definitely be coming back and seeing them again!!“

“I didn’t get a clear look at her name but a barista there named either atda or Aida a very sweet lady made the most delicious Carmel ribbon crunch that I have EVER had. I used a ton of descriptions for my drink and honestly felt bad because it truly was alot but even yet and still she made it in a timely manner and it was amazing, she even went the extra mile and made my little sister a drink as well and she has great regards as well. All in all please give her a sizeable blessing in the form of a raise of pay grade I believe she truly deserves it
PS. FIVE STARS ⭐️
Sincerely,
IP“
“The staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and energetic. Charles and the other baristas are always so friendly and provide excellent service. They always have a great attitude and make every visit a pleasant experience. I really enjoy stopping by here for coffee!“
“I’m not sure about some of the other reviews complaining about the service and staff at this Starbucks, because that wasn’t my experience at all.
I stopped in around 6:45 a.m. while traveling, and Margaret and Alexa on the opening shift were impeccable. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly, patiently took my order, and were genuinely helpful without making anything feel rushed or inconvenient.
My drink isn’t a standard order and requires a little extra effort. Alexa actually suggested that it would be better for her to help mix in the honey packets rather than having me add them myself, explaining that it would mix better and taste better. It was a small thing, but it showed a level of care that you don’t always get at Starbucks—or even at many other coffee shops. The drink came out perfect, better than some other Starbucks locations I’ve visited.
Margaret was just as impressive. While taking care of customers, she was also staying on top of the store—organizing, cleaning, and checking inventory in the refrigerated food section. The entire place was clean, organized, and comfortable.
What stood out most was that this wasn’t special treatment just for me. I saw the same friendly, attentive service being given to the other customers who were there.
I’m traveling through the area, but I honestly wish this were one of my local Starbucks locations. I would absolutely come back. Great coffee is one thing, but people like Margaret and Alexa are what make a location stand out. Five stars.“
“Ugh you guys I. Love you but you’re so inconsistent. Order after order something is off with my order. Something forgotten or whatever. Today is really aggravating. I ordered two drinks exactly the same and they came just as pictured. These drinks aren’t cheap. They should be fully filled. Every time I’ve ordered, I’ve ordered the exact same thing. And it’s at least always full with one of the domed tops to accommodate the whip cream. Even though I ask for like cream. Between the two drinks. It’s like a a tall size missing. I do appreciate when I’m there that you always make things right and have great attitudes but I’m no longer able to leave my home do to being disabled now. So I have to rely on delivery. Please try to think about the person on the other end when you are doing these delivery orders. Many of us have no way of coming up there and making it right.“
