“Had a delicious caramel matcha drink on the house for my birthday. Also had a Jalapeno chicken pocket. That was tasty too, but found a small chicken bone when I was chewing. I realize this small sandwich was probably pre-prepared before it arrived at Starbucks...so whatever company was contracted to do that needs to up their quality control game.“

“One of the staff members was so thoughtful by writing Happy Birthday and doodled a flower on my cup, which I noticed later on. I didn't tell them it was my birthday, they just heard from my conversation that I was having with my friend. Made my day, thank you so much!“

“I'm virtually never disappointed with the product. I will say that there are times certain staff members are terribly rude. It's very rare but it is something that needs to be addressed with Starbucks corporate. If these people can't be cheerful and smiling and friendly than they should not be working in a customer service oriented facility.“

“Shopping at Target opposite Wegman's in Sterling Virginia , stopped off to get my favorite tea and coffee cake. Great its open. No line so was able to get it quickly and enjoy in my car back home (still social distancing so did not open it up in the store)“

“This Starbucks at the airport was just below average. The employees were clearly overwhelmed and struggling to keep up, which led to multiple order mistakes. It seemed like they were short-staffed or under a lot of pressure, and while they were trying their best, the experience felt chaotic. The coffee was fine once we finally got the correct order, but the long wait and confusion made it frustrating. Hopefully, management can provide more support to the team to improve efficiency.“
