“I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing my order there…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. Sherman was cleaning his area because he was done with his shift and did something that I was not expecting…and I consider OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE…thanks Sherman and Jackie…you guys Rock!!!“
“What a delightful surprise today: a fabulous Caramel Macchiato & delightful ham & cheese croissant. Quality coffees @Starbucks seem to be hit or miss these days. Sometimes, they're plain awful. Not so, at the Starbucks in Target, in Germantown. My coffee was piping hot & prepared perfectly. My croissant was fresh & delicious. Service was friendly & quick. Atmosphere in Target was, well, it's in Target. 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.“
“Today I came to Starbucks and had a very nice experience. The employees were very kind and respectful. My matcha drink was a little sweet for me because I don’t really like very sweet drinks.
But the staff kindly told me they could make another one for me. I really appreciated their kindness and good customer service. Every time I come here, the employees treat customers with respect and friendliness.
Also, Sana , Michelle is a very kind girl. She is always very polite and caring with customers. Her positive attitude makes the experience even better.

“I usually visit the store next to Germantown Library but this store is actually more convenient for me.
All the staff are friendly and warm. Their service is very efficient. Though this store doesn’t have spacious interior area, it’s always clean and cozy.
Love the handwritten notes on the cup.“
